Authorities say he had a medical emergency. 
Dickerson, Md (KM). A West Virginia man died while hiking at Sugarloaf Mountain on Saturday.
According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, the 52-year-old suffered a medical emergency. Witness saw him collapse, and began administering CPR.
Emergency medical services arrived and took over. But he was later pronounced dead at the scene.
