One against a Middletown charged with killing his wife.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury got back to work on Friday, returning 16 indictments.
One was against Thomas Anthony Lehan, 37, of Middletown, who was arrested in March for the murder of his wife, Katie Lehan, 34. . Grand Jurors charged Lehan with 1st-degree murder, and three other counts.
He had originally told investigators his wife was missing, but the Sheriff’s Office says Mr. Lehan’s statements were inconsistent, and he was developed a person of interest in the case. Thomas Lehan later told investigators where to find Katie Lehan’s body. It was located in a creek in a wooded area off of Burkittsvile Road.
