Keymar, Md. (BW)- Maryland State Police performed an aerial rescue for a man who fell off a cliff in Frederick County on Thursday, Dec 28.
According to a Maryland State Police Press Release, the man fell approximately 30-40 feet behind a residence in Keymar.
State Troopers responded around 10 p.m. to assist the Frederick County Sheriff’s Department with the extrication of an injured person.
Deputies rendered first aid to the man until MSP could execute an airlift to safety.
The patient was then transported to Shock Trauma for the treatment of his injuries.
