The Senior Manager of AOPA’s Flying Clubs Initiative utilizes and leverages hands-on experience to form
new flying clubs while sustaining and growing existing clubs. The senior manager serves as the
initiative’s primary subject-matter expert and leads the development of program resources and strategic
direction, ensuring the success and sustainability of clubs within the AOPA Flying Club Network.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leverage extensive knowledge and experience with aircraft operation, safety practices,
regulatory compliance, and operational efficiencies, garnered from hands-on experience with
flying clubs and as a pilot to lead and support new club prospects and existing clubs.

Sr. Mgr, Curriculum Development (2008227)
The Senior Manager of Curriculum Development provides leadership in the ongoing planning,
development, production, maintenance, implementation, and evaluation of AOPA’s high school
aviation-based STEM curriculum. The program consists of aviation pathways for grades 9-12 with fully
developed year-long courses (similar to a Career and Technology Education pathway) and provides
associated teaching materials delivered though an online/digital platform to classroom teachers in
AOPA’s high school network. Working with outside contractors and internal stakeholders, the manager
is responsible for ensuring course design and teaching elements align with educational and aviation
standards and regulations (e.g., Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core State Standards
for Mathematics, FAA Airman Certification Standards and Remote Pilot-Small UAS Airman Certification)
and provide highly effective experiences and outcomes for students and teachers.

Fleet Maintenance Mechanic (2004870)
This position located at Dairy Maid Dairy must be capable of performing the majority of required vehicle
maintenance and repairs on with minimal support from others. Works with the assistance of a Fleet
Maintenance Technicians (“FMT”) 3, Lead Fleet Maintenance Technician, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
or Fleet Manager, when performing highly technical or intricate diagnostic type repairs. Task
assignments are directed by shop management to encourage experience and skills development. The
FMT-2 technician works under minimal supervision of Management, exercising some judgment and
discretion in resolving issues or making repairs.
Key roles include all technician tasks including, but not limited to the following:
• Interacts with drivers to properly determine root cause of complaint once assigned a task.
• Performs preventive maintenance, facility maintenance duties, utilizes key functions of shop
management system and other electronic systems available, works in accordance with all
federal/state and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT), replaces defective
components as instructed, other support duties as required.
• Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when
applicable, acts as mentor for FMT-1 technicians, completes complex and detailed mechanical
inspections and repairs with minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to access and use

Technician
Locally owned and operated, growing company is seeking an experienced technician for part time work
maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing cardio and strength fitness equipment for residential and
commercial clients. Technician will travel to clients’ facility or home in order to complete preventative
maintenance on all equipment or to diagnose an issue from a service call. Tech will evaluate equipment
for repair, prepare a proposal for repair including parts needed and labor time, and communicate with
office staff as well as clients. Techs will return to site to execute repairs as needed.
Ideal candidates will have a high school degree or equivalent and must have previous mechanical
knowledge. Experience working on fitness equipment is preferred but not necessary as on the job
training will be provided. Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
