Suspect Charged In Thurmont Burglary

Thurmont, Md (KM ) A suspect in a burglary in Thurmont last month is currently being held in the Franklin County Jail in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on separate charges. . Thurmont Police say Adam Hagan, 34, who has no fixed address, is a suspect in the burglary of Tracy’s TNT Tags-N-Title on Saturday, July 27th.

At around 4:30 PM that day, an individual broke into the business at 36 Frederick Road, and made off with various items. He got away on foot.

Police say with the public’s help, Hagan was identified as a suspect.

On Friday, August 2nd, Hagan was served with a District Court Criminal Summons, charging him with 2nd-degree burglary, theft less than $100, 4th -degree burglary and malicious destruction of property.
