Two Additional Suspects Arrested In Hagerstown Shooting

One of them was himself shot.

Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police have charged two more suspects in connection with a shooting last month on Jefferson Street. Jaleel Holmes, 20, of Hagerstown was charged on August 8th with attempted 1st- and 2nd-degree murder, conspiracy to commit 1st- and 2nd-degree murder, 1st-and 2nd-degree assault, conspiracy to commit assault, and numerous firearms offenses. He was shot during that incident and was recovering at Shock Trauma when he was charged.

Police say charges have been filed  against Holmes’ mother.   Schacole Rolle, 36, of Hagerstown is  charged with the same offenses as her son. . Authorities say Rolle was arrested on Wednesday, August 14th with the assistance of the US Marshals Service Field Offices in Baltimore and West Virginia.

Following the shooting on July 28th, authorities also charged Rashawd Clemente, 31, of Hagerstown with attempted 1st- and 2nd-degree murder, 1st- and 2nd-degree assault and numerous firearms offenses.

Police say all three suspects were involved in a dispute which resulted in  gunfire with Holmes being the only one who was shot.
