Hagerstown, Md (KM) The public will have to wait a little longer for the release of the body worn camera video footage recounting the death of an individual in the custody of Hagerstown Police last month. . On Saturday evening, October 26th, officers were executing a search warrant in the 100 block of East Washington Street when they took a man outside of the home into custody.
While in the back seat of a police car, the man identified Kelvin Lashawn Baker, 46, of Hagerstown started to vomit, had difficulty breathing and became unresponsive. Officers administered first aid. Baker was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
