46-year-old Kelvin Lashawn Baker died while in police custody
BALTIMORE, MD – The Independent Investigations Division (IID) of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General today released the body-worn camera footage from the officer-involved in-custody death involving the Hagerstown Department of Police that occurred on Saturday, October 26, 2024, in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.
The decedent was previously identified as 46-year-old Kelvin Lashawn Baker.
The Independent Investigations Division continues to investigate the circumstances of the in-custody death.
