Charges Filed Against Frederick Man In Road Rage Incident

He allegedly pointed a gun at another person.

Frederick, Md (KM) A Frederick man has been charged in a road rage incident Tuesday night.   Kamren Trey Morgan, 36, was taken into custody.

At around 7:00 PM, the Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to the area of Ballenger Creek Pike and English Muffin Way for a weapons complaint. The victim told authorities during a road rage incident, a man brandished a firearm before leaving the scene.

Deputies say they were given a detailed description of the vehicle and suspect. They initiated a traffic stop and found a loaded handgun in the vehicle.

Morgan is charged with 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, reckless endangerment, wearing, carrying and transporting a handgun, having a handgun on his person and having a handgun in a vehicle.   He is being held without bond at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
