An investigation revealed that Martinez on multiple occasions went a juvenile’s home late at night, and took her to his home in Frederick County to engage in sexual intercourse. The victim’s family obtained a protective order on behalf of their daughter, but Martinez continued to meet with the girl.

He admitted to police during an interview that he had intercourse with this girl on four separate occasions.

When he’s released from prison, Martinez will be placed on five years supervised probation, and must register as a sex offender for life.  He will also be subject to lifetime sex offender supervision.
