They will reopen on Friday.
Glen Burnie, Md (KM) All branch offices of the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24th. That includes all Vehicle Emission Inspection Stations.
The MVA will reopen at regular hours on Friday, November 25th. VEIP testing centers will also reopen on Friday, and they do not require an appointment.
All MDOT MVA self-service VEIP kiosks, on line services and 24-hour kiosks will be open through the holiday weekend.

Vehicle Registration Renewals,

Vehicle Title and Registration Applications,
Duplicate/Additional Registration Cards,
License Plate Purchase/Replacement,
Insurance Information and Compliance Payments,
Title Replacements,
Disability Products,
Change of Address,
Driving Records,
Information on Administrative Flag Fees,
VEIP Test Date Extension and
Substitute Stickers.
