Frederick, Md (KM) A new Chief Legal Counsel is coming to Frederick County Public Schools. Steven Blivess has been appointed to the position. He takes over on April 11th.
The School System says Blivess has worked for 20 years as an attorney and a labor relations professional with experience in litigation. He’s also worked as a counsel to government executives, Fortune 500 companies, family owned businesses and individuals.
Blivess will serve on the Superintendent’s cabinet.
Superintendent of Schools Dr. Cheryl Dyson announced Blivees’ appointment as Chief Legal Counsel to the Frederick County Board of Education.
