Both were indicted on Wednesday on federal offenses.
Frederick, Md (KM) Court dates have been scheduled for Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins and local gun dealer Robert Krop. Both were indicted for conspiracy and making false statements in order to purchase machine guns
Jenkins is expected to be in federal court in Baltimore on Wednesday, April 12th at 2:00 PM. Krop is scheduled to be in federal court on Thursday, April 13th also at 2:00 PM.
