Frederick County Grand Jury Returns 11 Indictments

These cases now move to the Circuit Court.

Frederick, Md (KM) 11 indictments were returned by the Frederick County Grand Jury on Friday. They are:

*Willie Tarique Strickland, 25, of Wheaton, Md, who is charged with 1st degree assault, 2nd degree assault and violating a protective order for an incident which occurred on August 4th, 2023.

*Jaylen Paris Washington, 24, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with 1st degree assault and 2nd degree assault for an incident which occurred on August 28th, 2023.

*Becky Mukadi, 34, of Frederick, Md. who is charged 1st degree burglary; 4th degree burglary of a dwelling; theft between $1500 to $25,000; violation of a protective order; driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; driving while impaired by alcohol; and driving while under the influence of alcohol per se for an incident which occurred on August 7th, 2023

*Morgan Lindsey Stambaugh, 29, of Thurmont, Md who is charged with possession with intent to distribute a large amount of fentanyl; possession with intent to distribute fentanyl; and possession of cocaine for an incident which occurred on January 6th, 2023.

*Morgan Lindsey Stambaugh, 29, of Thurmont, Md who is charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl; possession of fentanyl; possession with intent to distribute cocaine; and possession of cocaine for an incident which occurred on April 14th, 2023.

*Juma Omari Jones, 50, of Washington DC, who is charged two counts of 1st degree assault; use of a firearm in a violent crime; possession of a firearm with a violent crime conviction; illegal possession of a regulated firearm; possession of a rifle with a violent crime conviction; two counts of 2nd degree assault; having a loaded handgun in a vehicle; having a handgun in a vehicle; illegal possession of ammunition; violating a protective order for an incident which occurred on August 4th, 2023.

*Anthony Leon Bugg, 47, of  Frederick, Md who is charged with 1st degree assault; 2nd degree assault; reckless endangerment; and malicious destruction of property of less than $1000 for an incident which occurred on July 26th, 2023.

*Leo Marquise McDonald, 21, of Frederick, Md, who is charged with the illegal sale/transfer of a regulated firearm; the sale of ammunition to a minor; unlawful sale and transfer of a regulated firearm; contributing to the condition of a child, delinquency of a minor for incidents which occurred between September 1st, 2022 to October 15th, 2022.

*Aaron Michael Marsee, 22, of Frederick, Md who is charged with 3rd degree burglary; three counts of 2nd degree assault; and malicious destruction of property less than $1000 for an incident which occurred on August 16th, 3023.

*Vittorio Franco Rocco Lane, 37, of Frederick Md. who is charged with seven counts of 3rd degree burglary (general); two counts of theft between $1500 to $25,000; five counts of theft between $100 and $1500; stealing another person’s credit card; charging $1500 to $25,000 with another person’s credit card; and charging less than $100 with another person’s credit card for incidents which occurred between May 25th, 2023 to July 5th, 2023.

*Malik Van Boyd, 25, of Frederick, Md who is charged with six counts of 2nd degree burglary; five counts of 5th degree storehouse burglary; four counts of theft between $1500 to $25,000; two counts of theft between $100 and $1500; unlawful taking of a motor vehicle; and 4th degree burglary-theft for incidents which occurred between May 30th, 2023 to June 9th, 2023..

All of these cases move to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.

The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s; Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
