Two men were stabbed in Frederick on Friday morning. Frederick Police report they received a call for a stabbing that just happened around 9:15 AM in an apartment in the 100 block of North Market Street.
Arriving officers found two male victims with multiple stab wounds. EMS responded and gave aid to both victims. They were taken to the hospital.
As other officers were responding to the scene — they located a third individual walking away from the apartment on North Market Street. That individual was detained by police. After interviewing the witnesses and the victims, officers determined the man was responsible for stabbing the victims.
He was identified as Michael Diffin from Hagerstown. Diffin has been charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless, endangerment endangerment.
