Ice accumulations of up to one-tenth of an inch, with amounts of up to one-quarter of an inch possible along and east of the Catoctin Mountains. * WHERE...Washington, Frederick, and Carroll Counties in Maryland. * WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is expected to begin as snow between 10 AM and 1 PM. The snow will mix with and then change to sleet and freezing rain between 1 PM and 4 PM along and east of the Catoctin Mountains.
