These cases now move to Circuit Court for trial.
Frederick, Md (KM) The Frederick County Grand Jury returned two indictments on Friday.
The panel charged Dakota Lee Harris, 26, of Baltimore with two counts of robbery; one count of conspiracy to commit robbery; eight counts of theft between $100 and $1500; and count each of theft less than $100; theft between $1500 and $25,000; theft scheme between $1500 to $25,000; possession of cocaine; disorderly conduct; failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order; and 2nd-degree assault.. These charges are for incidents which occurred on November 23rd. 24th and 27th; and December 5th, 14th and 27th of 2023. .
Also indicted was Michael Andrew King, 37, of Frederick, who is charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and theft between $100 and $1500 for an incident which took place on November 23rd,, 2023.
The indictments move both these cases to Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
The Frederick County State’s Attorney’s Office says indictments are charging documents alleging criminal conduct, and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
