Frederick, Md. (BW) – The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident that occurred Wednesday in which Hi Lo Auto Sales was allegedly robbed and set on fire.
All inventory keys and one truck was reported stolen from the location on Urbana Pike. The stolen vehicle was found in the Potomac river after it was used in another crime in Hagerstown.
The building was destroyed by a fire that is believed to have been intentionally set.
Several pieces of property were also vandalized by spray paint.
It’s reported that a suspect was wearing black clothes, black gloves and a black mask.
