HAGERSTOWN, MD. (LPG) An investigation is underway in Hagerstown into a shooting incident.
Police said it took place in the 200 block of East Washington Street, at approximately 12:53 p.m. According to investigators, this was a targeted shooting.

Right now authorities are urging people to avoid City Center, due to multiple streets being closed for this ongoing investigation.
