Police say he was apprehended while still inside the bank.

Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police say they quickly apprehended a bank robbery suspect earlier this week. . William Roy Manchester III, 39, who has no fixed address, is charged with armed robbery, two counts of theft and reckless endangerment.
On Monday, October 7th, at around 10:P00 AM, a man walked into F&M Trust at 83 West Washington Street, and handed an employee a handwritten note demanding money. . The note also said he had a gun, and would shoot the employee if that person did not cooperate. The employee was able to contact police.
Officers arrived and took Manchester into custody while he was still inside the bank.
Authorities say he did not have weapon.
