Meet Skylar, Our The Auto Spas & Expresses Pet Of The Week

Skylar is a one-year-old Shepherd mix who is a familiar face at Frederick County Animal Control. She was adopted in June, and then the family returned her to the shelter because she needed more attention than they could give. Skylar has a wonderful personality and is very energetic.
