Hagerstown, Md (KM) An Inwood, West Virginia man was arrested in Hagerstown Tuesday night.
Police say Rasheed Hicks, 22, was approached by officers in the 100 block of North Prospect Street after they saw what appeared to be a drug deal. Hicks ran away from the scene, but was apprehended in the unit block of West Bethel Street.
Authorities say Hicks was in possession of a fully loaded handgun, suspected cocaine, about 30 fentanyl pills and a suspected fentanyl mix.
He’s currently being held without bond at the Washington County Detention Center.
