Hagerstown, Md (KM) Hagerstown Police are looking for the driver of a car who led an officer on a chase in the city early Thursday morning.
At around 3:30 AM, authorities say the officer observed the vehicle failing to make a complete stop as it turned on to Park Lane. As the cop attempted to get close to the vehicle, it sped away. It turned on to Forest Drive and the two occupants bailed out. The car continued to move, coming to a stop in a yard at 829 Forest Drive.
A check of the vehicle revealed it was stolen from Antrim Township, Pennsylvania.
Officers searched the area for the two occupants. They found a passenger who was unaware the vehicle was stolen. The driver has not been located. He’s described as an African-American male, thin build, wearing a dark hoodie with stripes.
