One was to a Frederick man arrested for having a large quantity of heroin.
Frederick, Md (KM) Six indictments were handed down by the Frederick County Grand Jury on Friday.
One of which was against Clarence Albert Thieverage, 35 of Frederick. He’s charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, possession of a large amount of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia (scales).
He was arrested in late October at his home on Magnolia Tree Court by Sheriff’s Deputies, who confiscated 87 grams of heroin.
Grand Jurors also indicted
* Kimberly Latasha Timmons Diggs, 41, of Baltimore, Md. She’s charged with two counts of possession of heroin and possession of fake narcotics; possession of cocaine; possession of alprazolam; possession of oxycodone; possession of clonazepam; possession of drug administrative equipment; possession of paraphernalia (empty capsules of cocaine and heroin), (baggies for cocaine and heroin), (a digital scale); and possession of an unregistered rifle for an offense which occurred on October 26th, 2016;
* Dwayne Edward Elliott, 48, Baltimore, Md. He’s charged with possession with two counts of fake narcotics (heroin); two counts of possession of fake narcotics (heroin) with intent to distribute; two counts of possession of a firearm during a drug crime; two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; three counts of illegal possession of regulated firearms; possession of a rifle by a convicted felon; illegal possession of ammunition; possession of an unregistered rifle; possession of cocaine; possession of alprazolam; possession of oxycodone; possession of clonazepam; possession of drug administration equipment; possession of paraphernalia (empty capsules of cocaine and heroin); possession of baggies used to package cocaine and heroin; and possession of a digital scale, for an offense which occurred on October 26th, 2016.
* Kellis Andrew Conklin, 20, Mt. Airy, Md. He’s charged with 1st-degree burglary; 4th-degree burglary; theft between $1,000 and $10,000; motor vehicle theft and malicious destruction of property of more than $1,000, for an offense which occurred on October 14th, 2016.
* Jared Austin Cannon, 45, of Frederick Md. He’s charged with 1st-degree burglary; 4th-degree burglary; and two counts of theft less than $1,000, for an offense which occurred on June 6th, 2016.
* Jared Austin Cannon, 45, of Frederick Md is also charged with 1st-degree burglary; 4th-degree burglary; and theft between $1,000 and $10,000, for an offense which occurred on October 9th, 2016.
Each of these cases will be moved to Circuit Court where a trial date will be set within 180 days.
