Frederick, Md (KM) Frederick Police are investigating the armed robbery of the Family Dollar store on West Patrick Street on Friday.
Authorities say an individual described as a tall white male entered the store, pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the cash register. He fled on foot toward Baker Park after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt.
Anyone who has information on the suspect or the robbery is asked to contact Frederick Police. They can remain anonymous and call the tip line at 301-600-TIPS (8477). Citizens can send an e-mail to [email protected]. Text messages can be sent to 240-574-TIPS (8477).
