Hagerstown, Md (KM) One person was medivaced to University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma following a one-vehicle crash west of Hagerstown Friday afternoon.
State Police say Marjorie Ruppenthal, 67, of Hagerstown was traveling along Route 40 west near Burkholder Lane when her Chevrolet Cavalier went off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
Ruppenthal was pinned for a short period of time until she was extricated by medics from the Maugansville and Williamsport Fire and EMS Companies.
Troopers say Ruppenthal was last listed in stable condition.
The crash remains under investigation.
