Deb has been in the healthcare industry for 17 years. In her career, Deb has served as supervisor, trained personnel and delivered presentations. She was instrumental in developing the Policies and Procedures for Serenity Treatment Center, Inc., as well as the gratification of seeing the center come to fruition from conception to the current growth and opening of a second location.
Deb has been actively involved in women’s programs and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with addictions. In the past Deb has been on the Frederick County Commission for Women. She currently resides on the Overdose Fatality Review Taskforce for Washington County.
Deb is President and CEO of Serenity Treatment Center, Inc. She oversees the day to day business operations of the centers. She also offers individual sessions for Recovery Coaching and is certified in Life Coaching and Reiki as additional support services for the clients. Deb also facilitates drumming circles at the center.
Deb received her degree from Mary Baldwin College. She is committed to delivering quality, cost-effective outpatient services in a safe and respectful environment.
Deb is a resident of Frederick County for 12 years and enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
