Frederick, Md (KM) A woman from Capital Heights was arrested in Frederick on a drug charge. Police took Sharon Chambers. 60. into custody following a traffic stop.
Officers doing selective enforcement in the 900 block of West Patrick Street on Friday morning at 11:17 observed a suspicious vehicle. It was pulled over after authorities learned it had expired plates.
Officers detected an odor of PCP coming from the vehicle, and placed Chambers under arrest. A search netted a vial of PCP. on Chamber’s person. She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (not marijuana).
Chambers was taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing.
