Man seriously injured.
Frederick, Md. (DG) – Maryland State Police are on the scene of a pedestrian accident on 270 northbound after Route 85.
The accident was reported around 3:20 AM.
Scanner reports say a man jumped out of a vehicle and was laying in the roadway.
Trooper 3 with Maryland State Police are responding to the scene.
