Two men were taken into custody Thursday morning in Frederick.
Frederick, Md. (DG) – Frederick City Police arrested two men on drug offenses near a school early Thursday morning.
An officer stopped a vehicle at around 3:30 am in the 1300 Block Taney Avenue. A canine unit was called to the scene and gave a positive sniff of drugs in the vehicle.
Two passengers in the vehicle, Tabius Bowie and Anthony Beckwith, were taken into custody.
Both men were charged with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1000-feet of a school.
