ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) – A fisherman may have fallen through the ice in a Maryland river.
Local media report several people had noticed a hole in the ice on the Patapsco River on Friday. There was a boot and a tackle box nearby. One person said the items had not been there two hours before.
Maryland Natural Resources police searched for the man along the river in Patapsco Valley State Park, which is near Ellicott City.
