Westminster, Md (KM) The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager. 15-year-old Emmilee Nicole Hamby was reported missing Wednesday morning from her home in the 2500 block of Stone Road in Westminster. Her parents discovered she left her home with a bag of clothes. She is 5’8″, 180 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.
Emmilee is believe to be with 17-year-old Andrew Forrester of Baltimore. He’s 6’3, 240 pounds, and could be driving a black pickup truck. Deputies say Forrester may be in the Baltimore area.
