Frederick, Md (KM) Several drug charges have been filed against an individual who was arrested last weekend. Steven Joseph Horn was taken into custody by the Frederick Police Street Crimes Unit after officers observed a drug deal late Saturday night in the area of East Patrick and North Market Streets.
Authorities say they conducted a search of Horn’s person, and found a digital scale and bags of cocaine packaged for distribution.
He was taken to the Adult Detention Center for processing. Police say the charges against Horn are distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
