FREDERICK, MD. (LG) The Frederick Police Department has partnered with the Frederick County Division of Fire and Rescue to provide training on “first-on-scene” care and how to help victims who have sustained a trauma.
“During this 4-hour training you will learn about CPR, First Aid for bleeding injuries, and civic responses to active shooting events,” said Michele Bowman FPD spokeswoman.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited. The training is taking place on Saturday, April 14, 2018.
