Ed McClain Road will be closed for one day.
FREDERICK, MD. (LG) Officials with the Frederick County Office of Transportation Engineering announced that the Thurston Road bridge over Bennett Creek is now open to traffic. The road has been closed since last August to complete rehabilitation work on the bridge.
Ed McClain Road will be closed between MD 75 (Green Valley road) and Landsdale Blvd. on or about June 4, 2018. Officials say this will allow for the completion of traffic calming devices (speed humps) in this area. The closure will be for one day during the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
