New Windsor, Md. (DG) – An accident in Carroll County sends five people to the hospital.
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office is reporting Sunday morning at 11:30 AM, emergency crews responded to Nicodemus Road and Bowersox Road in New Windsor for an accident.
Police found a Chevy pick-up truck and an overturned Volkswagen with significant damage.
All four people in the Volkswagen were flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. The driver of the pick-up truck was taken to Sinai Hospital for treatment.
The accident remains under investigation.
