Jeep Wrangler caught fire on I-70 near South Mountain
Myersville, Maryland (DG) – A vehicle fire Thursday evening on I-70 in Washington County injures three.
Maryland State Police responded at around 5:30 PM to I-70 west near South Mountain for a Jeep Wrangler on fire.
Investigators say the driver of the Jeep, Jennifer Cramer from Walkersville, was traveling westbound on I-70 when her vehicle caught fire and she exited the roadway.
Cramer and one child were taken to Bayview Medical Center for treatment. Another child was transported to Meritus Medical Center.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
