The gauge reading along the Patapsco River at Elkridge is still above the flood stage of 16 feet. At 16 feet, Hammonds Ferry Road floods at the Patapsco River. Backwater flooding is also occurring on Furnace Avenue. * Some locations that may experience flooding include...
