Police say they were not seriously hurt.
Two children and their mother suffered minor injuries during a personal injury accident in Frederick on Friday afternoon.
Police say the three were in a parking lot in the 2400 block of Osprey Drive when they were struck by a silver vehicle as the driver was trying to pull into a parking space.
Even though the children’s injuries are labeled as minor, police say the two kids were flown to Children’s National Medical Center in Washington as a precaution.
Officers closed a portion the parking lot for a time to conduct their investigation into this incident.
