Frederick, Md (KM) Two more deaths from the coronavirus have been reported in Frederick County, bringing the total up to nine. . The Joint Information Center says one was a woman in her 70’s, and the other was a man in his 90’s. Both had underlying conditions.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Frederick County now stands at 342 as of late Friday afternoon, 50 more than the day before.
Also, the Health Department says its Local Behavioral Health Authority has assigned staff to behavioral health residential treatment and housing programs to provide individual guidance and support.
As of Friday morning, there are 6,968 number of coronavirus cases in Maryland, with 171 deaths.
