Man charged with child pornography
Frederick, MD – (RD) The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man on child pornography charges.
Jason Wade Harley was arrested on Friday, August 28, 2020, on 11 counts of distribution of child pornography, and 15 counts of possession of child pornography.
The incidents happened between February and August of 2020. A search and seizure warrant was obtained for Harley’s residence.
Harley is a registered sex offender for a previous possession of child pornography case from 2014 in Frederick County.
Harley is currently being held without bond at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center and additional charges may be pending.
