One is Frederick man arrested for a stabbing.
Frederick, Md (KM). The Frederick County Grand Jury on Friday returned six indictments.
One of those indicted is Jajuan Michael Anderson, 20, of Frederick, whose charged with 1st-degree assault, conspiracy to commit 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, conspiracy to commit 2nd-degree assault and reckless endangerment. Anderson was arrested for a stabbing which occurred on South Jefferson Street in Frederick.
Police responded to the scene on September 20th, and found a man with a stab wound to the back of his neck. He was flown to Shock Trauma for treatment.
Anderson was arrested on Wednesday, October 14th. A co-defendant, Rickey Wooten, still remains at large.
Other indictments returned by the Grand Jury include:
*Elijah Lee Dulworth, 32, of Frederick, whose charged with 1st-degree assault, 2nd-degree assault, 4th-degree burglary and resisting and interfering with an arrest for an incident which occurred on October 8th, 2020.
*Jorge Eduardo Sibaja-Bolanos, 60, of Gaithersburg, Md. whos charged with sex abuse of a minor (continuing course of conduct), and three counts of sex abuse of a minor for incidents which occurred between January 1st, 2007 to December 31ts, 2020
*Israel Herman Logan, 23, of Hagerstown, Md, whose charged with possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, possession of more than ten grams of marijuana, causing to litter or dump less than 100 pounds of marijuana for an incident which occurred On September 23rd, 2020
*John Vincent Stevenson, 70, of Frederick,, whose charged with 2nd-degree rape and sex abuse of a minor for incidents which occurred between April 1st, 2019 to October 13th, 2019.
*Patrick Joseph Mulford, 33, of Middletown, Md, whose charged with 2nd-degree child abuse by a custodian and 2nd-degree assault for an incident which occurred on September 17th, 2020.
These indictments move these cases to the Circuit Court where trial dates will be scheduled.
