Over 250 in line before the polls opened at TJ High
Frederick, Md. (DG) – Early voting started today in Frederick County at four different polling locations and voter turn out was high.
The polls opened at 7 AM.
At Governor Thomas Johnson High School there were 267 people in line before the doors opened. Many were asking for a provisional ballot.
They were 214 people lined up at 7 AM at the Urbana Regional Library, and 76 people waiting to cast a ballot as soon as the Middletown Volunteer Fire Department Activities Building opened.
The other location to vote early in Frederick County is Catoctin High School.
In-person early voting runs through November 3, 2020, between 7 AM – 8 PM.
Masks and social distancing are required.
