He turned himself in.
WASHINGTON (AP) — A Maryland man who stormed the U.S. Capitol wearing his company badge has turned himself in. The Department of Justice says Nicholas Rodean of Frederick was arrested in Washington on multiple charges.
Rodean was fired from his marketing job after wearing his work badge while carrying a Trump flag through the Capitol.
The Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department told The Baltimore Sun that Rodean was ordered to stay out of Washington except for court appearances. His attorney told a judge that Rodean has “special needs,” but did not provide more information. Navistar Direct Marketing did not identify Rodean when they fired him.
