Shepherd University is warning students to use caution
Shepherdstown, WV (KB) Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia is asking students and residents in surrounding areas to use caution and stay indoors as police search for a homicide suspect.
The alert from the university was issued to students around 6:48pm on Thursday evening.
The message warned of heavy police activity near campus.
